Delvone Michael is a Co-Founder and Partner at Amplify Power and one of the most highly regarded direct mail strategists in progressive politics.

In a career spanning nearly two decades, Delvone has worked on over 200 campaigns in more than 35 states — from Presidential campaigns to local races, from major labor unions to community organizations. He got his start in direct mail at MackCrounse, one of the most sought-after firms in the country, focusing on statewide and congressional races before expanding to state house and district attorney races across the deep south.

As founding director of DC Working Families, he led broad coalitions of labor unions, community organizations, and activists to groundbreaking victories — raising the district's minimum wage to $15 an hour and establishing the first public financing system in the nation's capital.
